Before You Book

This is sacred work. Seidah’s time, energy, and presence are finite and intentional. Please read these policies before booking any service.

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold all appointments. Hair services require a 25% deposit. Healing and reading sessions require payment in full at booking. Commission artwork requires a 50% deposit. Remaining balances are due at time of service or delivery.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before an appointment may receive a credit toward rebooking. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit full payment. You may reschedule once with 48+ hours notice at no charge. A rescheduling fee of $25 applies to same-day reschedules when possible.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled without refund of deposit, depending on the service. Late arrivals for hair services will receive a shortened service at full price.

Children & Guests

This space is intentionally quiet and focused. Please do not bring children to hair or healing appointments unless your child is also receiving a service. Additional guests are welcome to wait outside or in a designated waiting area if available.

Health & Safety

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. There is no fee for illness-related cancellations when you notify at least 2 hours before your appointment. Seidah reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who arrives visibly ill.
