Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.

Yes. Tarot and intuitive readings are available remotely via video call. Holistic health consultations may also be conducted remotely for follow-ups and certain intake appointments. Hair services are in-person only.

Hair appointment lengths vary by service. Box braids and locs typically range from 3 to 8 hours depending on length and size. You will receive an estimated time at booking. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may affect the service.

Iridology is the study of the iris of the eye to assess constitutional strengths and areas of the body that may need support. It is used as an assessment tool, not a diagnostic one. Seidah has been certified in iridology since 2008.

A reading is a conversation — between you, the cards, and what is present in your field. Come with a question or a theme, or come open. Sessions are confidential. You are welcome to record your reading for your own use.

Yes. Free local pickup is available in Austin on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Same-day pickup may be available. Select pickup at checkout and wait for your pickup-ready email before arriving. Your pickup address and arrival instructions will be included in that email. Call 512-909-0549 when you arrive.

Orders typically require 2 business days for packing and preparation. If additional time is needed, I’ll confirm your expected shipping date. Transit time is additional. You’ll receive a notification when your order ships.

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the packed size and weight of your artwork. If shipping is unavailable at checkout, contact seidah@iamseidah.com with the artwork you’re interested in and your destination for shipping options and a quote.

All artwork sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for a change of mind. If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact seidah@iamseidah.com with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue. For damaged artwork, we’ll assess whether repair or replacement is appropriate.
